Hi, I’m Ali Flynn

For over 20 years, I’ve supported leaders through pressure, burnout, and the messiness of people management. My background in psychology, trauma counselling, and business strategy gives me the tools. But it’s my own lived experience that shapes how I lead and coach. After surviving a stroke in my early thirties, I rebuilt from scratch. Today, I lead Tri Altitude Performance and host Challenges That Change Us, a podcast ranked in the top 2% globally. This work matters because you do. And I’m here to make leadership feel human and sustainable again.
